Introduction of  ROOTS Institute of Dermatological Sciences :

     ROOTS Institute of Dermatological Sciences is an exclusive dermatology centre with all basic, essential and advanced facilities related to complete skin care involving all skin diseases, hair and nail problems. First started in 1999 as Dr Raghus’s Mathapitha skin clinic by founder Dr Raghunatha Reddy, ROOTS Institute was established in 2019 to offer the patients comprehensive and advanced skin treatment.


Mission :

     ROOTS Institute of Dermatological Sciences is a holistic centre for the management of all types of skin, hair and nail problems. Dr Raghu’s Mathapitha skin clinic, previously located at # 109, 2nd Cross E road, Banasawadi is relocated as ROOTS INSTITUTE OF DERMATOLOGICAL SCIENCES, # 238, 1st Main, OMBR Layout, Banasawadi main Road, opposite to Banasawadi fire station, Bengaluru-560043.

 Located in one of the prime locations in Bengaluru, ROOTS institute is a comprehensive skin care center with all basic as well as advanced facilities related to complete skin care involving all skin diseases, hair and nail problems. With 6 consultation rooms, 8 procedure rooms and 3 operation theatres, the institute has one entire floor each dedicated exclusively to dermatology consultations, one floor for Lasers & cosmetology procedures, one floor for dermatosurgery along with customized state of the art Hair Transplantation center.

Dr Savitha A S completed her medical undergraduation (MBBS), post graduation(MD, Derm) and Dermatosurgery . 

Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, Bangalore. She then completed a dermatopathology course from CMC vellore.
